 Creation of New York Dress Institute Black Wool and Velvet Cocktail Dress
 This is a gorgeous little black wool, dropped waist dress with gathering at the bodice and black velvet detail.  The dress is sleeveless with back metal zipper.  A label is present and reads:  Creation of New York Dress Institute.   Excellent condition.

Measurements: Dress: 34" bust; 30" waist; full" hips;  38" from shoulder  to hem.
