Absolutely gorgeous vintage cocktail party dress by Harvey Berin.  This babydoll, empire waisted dress features rhinestone encrusted bodice with v-neck.  All attached!  The skirt is flowing mint green silk chiffon, fully lined.  Back zipper.  Excellent condition!
